Interior Design Project of a 2,387 ft² Private House

DUMSKAYA DESIGN is a full-service interior design studio based in Miami, Florida. In this project, the studio delivered a complete interior solution for a private residence — from the initial concept to full implementation.The project included interior design development, technical documentation, custom furniture design and production, renovation, and full furnishing. All areas of the home were thoughtfully designed: the living room, bedrooms, kitchen with tailor-made storage and built-in appliances, walk-in closets, hallway, bathrooms, and storage systems. Every zone was equipped with custom-designed furniture that reflected the overall style and functional needs of the space.Before the renovation began, the client received a detailed cost estimate covering all aspects of the project, including materials, construction work, furniture, appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.The final result was presented through realistic 3D visualizations, accurately showcasing the future interior and ensuring full alignment with the client's expectations.
