Interior design project of a private home — 1,970 sq ft

In this project, the interior design studio DUMSKAYA DESIGN (Miami, Florida) delivered a full-service package: interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture design and manufacturing, and turnkey renovation.The project covered all areas of the home — living room, bedroom, kitchen with custom storage and built-in appliances, walk-in closets, hallway, bathroom, cabinets, and shelving.Each zone featured bespoke furniture tailored to the space.Before construction began, the client received a detailed cost estimate for all stages: labor, building materials, furniture, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and more.The project includes 3D visualizations of the private residence.
