Interior design project of a 2,530 ft² home – custom furniture and turnkey renovation

In this project, the Miami-based interior design studio DUMSKAYA DESIGN completed a full range of services, including interior design, technical documentation, custom furniture design and production, and turnkey renovation.The design covered all areas of the home: living room, bedrooms, kitchen with custom features and built-in appliances, walk-in closets, hallway, bathrooms, storage cabinets, and shelving.Each zone was outfitted with bespoke furniture tailored to the space.Before construction began, the client received a detailed estimate covering labor, building materials, furniture, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and more.3D visualizations of the private residence were presented as part of the project.
